A Connected School
A Connected School is a staff development program created
by Perry Good, Jeff Grumley, and Shelley Roy, all of whom authored
the book of the same name. The approach is grounded in Perceptual
Control Theory, and incorporates into the school climate three
elements which are integral to success: achievement, care, and safety.
